A lot of questions are became quite frequent recently so I’ve decided to post answers to some:

| A: | As of today 5 management packs are made available by Metrex:
Management packs for all-in-one devices and non-APC UPSes are in the works but no release date are available at this time |
| Q: | How can I get your Management Packs? |
| A: | You can buy the MPs. Prices are posted in the blog |
| Q: | What instruments were used for the development of the MPs? |
| A: | Syntax highlighting text editor (i.e. Notepad++ is very cool), operations manager authoring console (part of the SCOM). |
| Q: | Do you provide implementation services? |
| A: | Of course! We are glad to provide Professional Services to our customers. |
| Q: | Can I get a trial version? |
| A: | Yes you can. Please send a message to address scom-team@metrex.ru from your corporate e-mail. Specify your company name, number of devices that you wish to monitor in this message, and we’ll send you a links for downloading. |
| Q: | We have a piece of hardware/software XYZ and there is no Management Packs for it available. Can you develop a MP for us? |
| A: | Most probably yes. Contact us and we will see what we can do for you. |
